HELP WITH RESTORATION BY CUTTING CARDBOARD AND EATING PIZZA!
ERA will provide pizza, pop, and sweet, sweet tunes!
As many of you may know, this Spring we planted livestakes to restore riparian zones at Nature Conservancy Canada’s Morrissey Meadows Conservation Area. To give plants a better chance of survival, we put a cardboard layer at the base of the trees to prevent overcrowding by invasive weeds. This Fall we’ll begin to collect and plant more livestakes at two new riverside properties, and we’ll need plenty of cardboard squares to help them survive.
If you have a few hours, why not come by to help clean the cardboard from tape, and cut it into squares.
