ELK RIVER DISCOVERY CAMP REGISTRATION

Registration opens February 1st for ERA members and April 1st for non-members.

Registration forms submitted before these dates will not be accepted.

To be eligible for early-bird registration you need to be an ERA member in good standing. If your ERA membership e-mail is different from listed parent contact e-mail, include this information in your email to camps.

Please note: registration fees include a $50 non-refundable administration fee. 

Cancellation Policy
> 30 days before the first day of registered campFull refund minus $50 non-refundable administration fee
14-29 days before the first day of registered camp50% refund
7-13 days before the first day of registered camp75% refund
< 7 days before the first day of registered campNot eligible for a refund

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of an emergency to discuss the situation.

STEP 1

FILL OUT THE CAMP REGISTRATION FORM BELOW

Camp Form

To complete this form you will need the following: 

  • To be a legal guardian for the child you are registering,
  • The phone number, address, and email address of two emergency contacts, and
  • The child’s health care number

One form must be completed for each child that you are registering.

 

Please note: parents will be required to complete additional waivers in person on the first day of camp as well as a waiver for rafting.  You may review the waivers here: Camp Waiver, Canyon Raft Waiver

STEP 2

AFTER YOUR FORM IS ACCEPTED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE. PLEASE PAY THIS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVAL
