Over the last 3 years our organization has expanded our work, including our water monitoring programs, restoration work, and education and outreach programming.
BBQ FUNDRAISER

Eldho’s Independent grocer has allowed the Elk River Alliance to set up a fundraising BBQ in front of the store. We are currently seeking volunteers to help with running the BBQ and frying some dogs.

BOTTLE DRIVE

In partnership with Twin Meadows, the Elk River Alliance is the recipient of bottle donations at the transfer stations. We’re asking volunteers to help sort the bottles into categories and count them.

GHOSTRIDER CONCESSION
2024 Goal: $3000
Proceeds from concession at Ghostrider games is donated to local charities, including the Elk River Alliance. We are asking for volunteer help selling snacks at the games! This opportunity can be handled by anyone aged 13 and up.

Since 2010, the Elk River Alliance has stewarded the Elk River through streamside restoration, monitoring of water quality, and education and outreach of the Elk Valley community. We are a registered not-for-profit charity that relies on community support to continue our operations.
